Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment time. This gives us space to complete initial paperwork and understand your health history without rushing.

Your first session typically lasts 60–90 minutes in a comfortable, private room. Sterile, hair-thin needles are placed at specific points, and most patients find the experience deeply relaxing.

Does acupuncture hurt?

What should I wear?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your arms and legs. We can work with most clothing, but easier access makes the session more comfortable.
