A gentle facial protocol that stimulates collagen, brightens skin, and softens fine lines, without injections, downtime, or harsh chemicals.
Book a consultationWhen ultra-fine needles are inserted into the skin, the body interprets each entry point as a micro-injury and initiates a healing response. That response includes the production of new collagen and elastin, the structural proteins responsible for firm, elastic skin.
At the same time, acupuncture at facial and body points improves local blood circulation, which brings fresh oxygen and nutrients to skin cells and carries away metabolic waste. The result is a gradual but visible brightening and plumping effect.
Unlike botox or fillers, cosmetic acupuncture works with the body’s own processes. Results build over a series of sessions and continue for months afterward.
Most patients say cosmetic acupuncture is the most relaxing treatment they’ve ever had. The needles are barely felt. The room is quiet. You might fall asleep.
Heather reviews your skin concerns, health history, and any contraindications. A gentle cleanse and light facial massage prepare the skin and relax the muscles, improving both receptivity and comfort during needling. (10–15 min)
Ultra-fine needles are placed at specific points on the face, following the facial musculature and known collagen-stimulation sites, and at body points that support the skin from within. Most patients feel a gentle tingling or nothing at all. (30 min)
Needles are removed, and a brief closing massage encourages lymphatic drainage. You’ll leave with a visible glow. A full course of 10–12 sessions over 6 weeks produces the most lasting results, with noticeable improvement typically around session four. (10 min)
“I was skeptical at first but after four sessions I could genuinely see a difference in my skin. The added bonus is how relaxed I feel for days afterward, like a real reset.”
“The studio feels like a deep breath. Heather listens in a way no one else has. I leave feeling genuinely cared for, and my skin has never looked better.”
Heather trained in both classical Chinese medicine and evidence-based practice. She has a particular skill for working with patients who are new to acupuncture, and for producing lasting results where other approaches haven’t.
